On Sunday, December 31, former Franklin High School standout, Amaris Valadez’s current college team, the New Mexico Highlands Cowgirls, lost 47-82 in their NCAA D2 game against the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.

The game took place in Pueblo, Colorado. This was the first matchup against the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves this season.

The New Mexico Highlands Cowgirls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, January 5 at 5 p.m. in Salt Lake City, Utah.
