NEW: Kit Carson Electric Coop CEO Luis Reyes Jr. says there is a power outage in Questa affecting residents on Cabresto Rd. and Castle Rd. Wind gusts of up to 45 mph have been reported, and may have contributed to knocking the power offline.
Crews are working diligently through the night to get power back on for residents in Questa. Thank you Kit Carson Electric Cooperative!
