In case you missed it last month, there is now a video of the event featuring Taos Pueblo elder Adolf Samora. He told an audience about how he and his fire crewmates rescued a bear cub that became the living symbol of Smokey Bear.

If you missed Adolf Samora's story of being a young firefighter in the early days of the Taos Pueblo Snowballs, and the rescue of a baby bear from a wildfire. Now is your opportunity to see the tale of the young bear who survived and would come to be known as the iconic Smokey Bear.
