The 100-150 cords of wood left along Forest Road 5 (La Jara Canyon Road) near Angel Fire are now largely gone. Thanks to all the permit holders who grabbed them!
With large fuels reduction projects slated for most of the Forest over the next decade, we will continue to look for opportunities that more easily get wood in the hands of people.
