Kit Carson Electric Cooperative (KCEC) and Guzman Energy contributed $10,000 to the Shuter Library in Angel Fire. The monetary donation will fund future programs as well as additions to the library. KCEC continues to address our communities' needs, enhancing the quality of life for our members
and families.
