Callers are using Sheriff’s Office phone numbers and other agency numbers to extort money and personal information. The Sheriff’s office, courts, or other agencies will never call you asking for personal information or for you to pay fines and bills. If you receive these calls hang up and do not comply. If you have any questions you can always call the agency number to verify they did not call you.
