2022 General Election filing day for INDEPENDENT, MINOR PARY AND WRITE-IN CANDIDATES is Thursday June 30, 2022.
Declarations of Candidacy shall be accompanied by nominating petitions for INDEPENDENT and MINOR PARTY candidates and shall be filed with the County Clerk on June 30, 2022, the 23rd day following the Primary Election, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., pursuant to 1-8-52 (A) NMSA, 1978. Declarations of Candidacy for WRITE-IN candidates shall be filed pursuant to 1-8-66 NMSA, 1978.
