Taos County issued the following announcement on March 31.
Notification for scheduled temporary road closures on both entrances to Tom Holder Road. This closure coincides with tree removal on Tom Holder Road.
The closure will take place on Thursday, March 31, 2022, between the hours of 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. During the tree removal, residents of Tom Holder Road will have limited to no access for a duration of time and closed to all other traffic.
Taos County Public Works personnel will be on-site to coordinate any disruptions as a result of road closures.
Traffic control devices will be installed for the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. During this closure, traffic will be detoured through NM240 and Cuchilla Road; we ask that you please follow the detour signage that will be installed.
