Union County issued the following announcement on April 1.
The last day a candidate may withdraw from the 2022 primary election is close of business on April 5, 2022.
A candidate seeking to withdraw from the upcoming Primary Election shall withdraw no later than the first Tuesday in April before the Primary Election by filing a signed and notarized statement of withdrawal with the County Clerk.
