Census Bureau: More women than men in Springer in 2019

Of the 782 people living in Springer in 2019, 54.7 percent (428) were women and 45.3 percent (354) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 216-to-210. In the 65 and over age range, there were 179 females and 118 males.
