The University of New Mexico-Taos Campus enrolls 1,219 undergrads

At the University of New Mexico-Taos Campus, 65 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 64 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year public institution in Ranchos de Taos enrolled 1,219 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 3.1 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

91 percent of undergraduates are residents of New Mexico.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (59 percent) and white (30 percent).
