Colfax County has implemented several measures in response to the COVID-19 crisis, including closing its offices.
The offices at 230 N. Third St. in Raton, New Mexico, are closed to the public, according to county press release www.co.colfax.nm.us .
The public may conduct business by phone, fax or email. Payments may be mailed or delivered to a dropbox on the west side (alley) of the offices.
Delivery people may contact the county manager’s office at (575) 445-9661 for directions.
“We thank you for your help as we face this unprecedented situation. We also appreciate any effort to practice good social distancing in order to ensure the continued health of you, the citizen and our own county workers,” the press release said.
