There was a single gas station in Union County selling midgrade gas, and it offered it at the price of $2.75 per gallon in the week ending Feb. 28, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

There is only one reported gas station located within Union County.

Statewide, midgrade gas averaged $3.01 per gallon for the week ending Feb. 28, down from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
